About the role As a Customer Responsible Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for your customers and ensuring that we deliver a high level of service and quality. Your role involves taking ownership of customer relationships, managing the properties in the portfolio, and the internal relationships within the customer team.

In this position, you have many points of contact, where you serve as the face of both Nabo and the customer in their interactions with suppliers, contractors, and residents. Your primary goal is to build long-term relationships with all parties. You have full customer responsibility for our team delivery and work closely with colleagues in both technical and economic management. For example, you will:

• Provide advice and update maintenance plans after property inspections

• Be responsible for contract writing and procurement of renovations

• Handle damage and insurance matters

• Conduct management meetings with customers

• Participate in operational meetings with side suppliers

• Maintain contact with the board and contractors

• Participate in board meetings as needed

Your previous experience

• Are educated as a property manager or have equivalent experience from the industry

• We prefer that you have at least 3-5 years of experience working with housing cooperative management in the role of property manager or equivalent, and have good knowledge of AFF and the Land Code

• You have experience managing larger customer contracts

• You are used to working towards common and individual goals

• Knowledge of construction law

• Have an understanding of maintenance planning and technical authority requirements
